Hotels Develop and operate with an international hotel operator a chain of 3*, 4*, 5* hotels throughout Russia & CIS.

Retail Develop and operate А and В+ class offices in Moscow, St Petersburg and other principal cities in Russia.

Residential Develop, build and sell premium and business class residential properties throughout Russia and CIS.

In addition to its Investment business, our firm will look at speculative development/land assembly in-conjunction with local and regional developers.
