Yes we are. Our services are supervised by a qualified optometrist, with more than 30 years of experience. Every pair of prescription glasses we make is double-checked by experienced staff prior to supply, to ensure that you will be perfectly happy with your purchase. But should you have any concerns about a product, we are here to help you.

How do I buy a new pair of glasses?
Buying prescription glasses at The Specs Place is very easy, with detailed instructions provided at every step. You will need the following items in advance:

• A spectacle prescription which is less than two years old
• A credit or debit card

Do you supply glass lenses?
As a safety precaution, we supply only plastic lenses. They will safeguard your eyesight much better than wearing potentially dangerous glass lenses so close to your eyes.

If I damage my glasses, can you repair them for me?
Often we are able to repair or replace damaged parts of spectacles. However, before returning any spectacles to us, please telephone or Email us for a 'Return Authorization Code'.

My glasses have become very loose and are out of shape, can you help me?
Certainly, please return them to us with an explanation of the problems. However, before returning any spectacles to us, please telephone or Email us for a 'Return Authorization Code'.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Very occasionally, a customer is unhappy with their purchase, and may need to return goods to us for replacement or for credit. If this is the case, please contact us by telephone or Email, stating the problem. Rest assured that we shall do our very best to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Please read our Terms and Conditions and obtain a 'Return Authorization Code' before sending any goods back to us.

Do you ship goods outside the UK?
We currently supply the UK and Ireland only. Sorry, we cannot yet ship to other countries.
